We strive to describe our books to the best of our ability. We would rather exceed your expectations than disappoint you.
We will offer a full refund if the book is not as described. Any book that is returned for any reason other than an error in the listing will be refunded for the cost of the book only, not including shipping and handling or return shipment. All returns must take place within (15) days from the receipt of the order. Please inquire about international shipments. We will confirm availability and quote shipping and handling (if unusual charge) by e-mail.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit cards. Money orders and personal checks accepted with the order. (Please keep in mind that we won't send your order out until the check clears.) Please make check payable to Book Nook. Michigan residents: Don't forget to add the 6% Sales Tax.
Shipping Charges: We're two blocks away from the post office so we will strive to get your order out to you within 24 hours of receipt. We will ship Media Mail unless otherwise requested. We can also ship UPS. If you're buying multiple books from us we will adjust your shipping accordingly to save you money.
- USPS MEDIA MAIL is $3.50 for the first book and only $1.00 for each additional book.
- Priority Mail is $6.00 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book.
